An entrepreneur with diverse business interests, Rajan started his career back in 1996 in the gold mining sector in Peru South America.
He gained rich industry experience through successful tenures with lot of government bodies and private companies. Rajan sharma's strong business acumen & understanding of the real estate sector saw him emerging as one of the industry leaders in the real estate space in Delhi NCR. He owns a company by the name of New tech gas technologies where he buys land and develops and sells the properties. Rajan is a passionate individual with a keen interest in Music, Fitness, Adventure & Wildlife. Rajan's true passion for building extraordinary architectural and experiential spaces is truly reflected in the designs of the restaurants under his vision. Be it the extraordinary Bo Tai or the unconventional Swan in Delhi. each brand under Karrott Food Ventures has something unique to offer.

Rajan Sharma is a dynamic, passionate and well-travelled, self-made entrepreneur who has been able to successful create few verticals with diverse interest into Gold Trading | Natural Gas | High End Villas | F &B Industry.
Rajan Sharma started his career back in 1996 in the gold mining sector in Peru South America. He gained rich industry experience through successful tie up with corporates and Government Bodies out there.

He ventured into Development of Luxury Villas in the year 2002, in the Capital city of India, New Delhi where he has developed and sold more than 65 high end villas as on date .
In this company we are also into business of developing high end real estate which are leased out to prominent top notch fashion designers of India, ie Manish Malhotra , Rahul Mishra , Rohit Bal ,Gaurav Gupta

In this company we are into bulk trading of natural gas, it’s basically a B2B business.
• KARROT HOSPITALITY LLC
In this vertical he is running two most successful restaurant’s Bo Tai, a modern Thai bistro and Swan which is a modern European grill in New Delhi
• BLUE OCEAN RESTUARANTS MANEGEMENT LLC
His 1st venture into Dubai where he has opened a contemporary Peruvian Japanese restaurant named NAZCAA at The Address Fountain Views Hotel Downtown which has been widely getting accepted for its stunning interiors and great food.

In this venture he is developing high end villas in Shobha Hartland and Dubai Hills
